How we approach every engagement
Every Verdian engagement follows the same structural logic, regardless of which service you're working on. We begin with the decision — what does a person in your organisation need to know, and what will they do differently once they know it?
From there, we assess the data landscape, define the technical scope, and produce a written agreement before any billable work begins. The project runs in defined phases with regular status communication. Handover is planned for from the start, not assembled at the end.
We are selective about the engagements we take on. If we don't think the work is a good fit — because the data isn't ready, the problem isn't well defined, or the timing is wrong — we'll say so directly.
